Early College Academy Vision:At ECA we inspire a culture of learners who are empowered to make a difference in the world. Mr. Pigott's Vision for Technology:
1. Learners will be responsible, respectful, and empathetic to their peers when posting or discussing online adhering to ECA expectations in the student handbook. 2. Learners will be empowered with technology enabling them to submit work electronically from class or home. 3. Learners will need access to WiFi either at their residence or a public place (library). 4. Learners will be able to bring their own device in order to complete assignments online (BYOD). 5. Learners will be accessed based upon their own learning style utilizing principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) while being socially just. 6. Learners will engage the world through proper researching techniques allowing for critical thinking and evaluation of content.
